Public Hearing (Foster Square) -November 18, 2013

The Foster City City Council held a Public Hearing on Monday, November 18, 2013 to hear and consider comments regarding the Foster Square development including, Certification of the Environmental Impact Report and to consider whether to adopt findings regarding significant environmental impacts, including a Statement of Overriding Considerations, and Adoption of a Mitigation Monitoring Program, a General Plan Amendment, Rezoning/General Development Plan, Tentative Map, Design Guidelines, Development Agreement, and Disposition and Development Agreement for the proposed development of up to 421 units of senior oriented housing (200 for-sale units, 66 affordable units,134-155 assisted living units) and approximately 35,000 square feet of commercial space.
