Facility Reservations

Foster City Parks and Recreation offers reservable space to the community to host a meeting, special event, or family gatherings. Thank you for considering one of our indoor spaces for the site of your upcoming event.

For rental inquiries call 650-286-3374 or email dlandwehr@fostercity.org for available dates PRIOR to submitting application. Click below for rental forms. Completed forms can be submitted to reservations@fostercity.org or faxed to (650) 345-1408. Proof of residency is required if applying for Resident Rate (email or fax copy of driver license, rental agreement, or utility bill). Submission of forms does NOT guarantee rental. 

*Recreation Center services and classes, including front desk attendance, will be available at the Vibe Teeb Center only*:

Monday - Thursday: 8am - 7pm

Friday: 8am - 8pm

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

The Recreation Center is closed to the public, and all services and classes have been moved to the VIBE Teen Center and the Community Center.

CANCELLATIONS: If you have a confirmed reservation and wish to cancel, please fill out the cancellation form.

Code of Conduct: The Foster City Recreation Center, Community Center, and VIBE Teen Center are multi-use facilities where the public, visitors, customers, and clients can participate in recreation, socialization, educational, and fitness activities.  A Code of Conduct was designed to ensure our facilities serve their primary purposes, which include a safe environment to provide a variety of programs and services that help foster the well-being of our community.
