Administrative Services

The City of Foster City's Administrative Services Department is comprised of two divisions: Human Resources and Information Technology. Working together, these divisions manage a significant part of the City's organizational infrastructure-- its technology and its people, ensuring that the City’s employees have the tools and environment they need to provide our community the best possible service.
