Description
The project includes mixed commercial uses including up to 200 for-sale housing units, 66 affordable housing units, and 150 assisted-living units, 30,000+ square feet of commercial space, and public open space.
Mid-Pen Housing completed 66 units of affordable senior apartments in December 2016.
