Public Hearing (Foster Square) - June 19, 2014

The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on June 19, 2014  to discuss the use permit/specific Development plan request to consider the public realm plans, including landscaping, streetscape, lighting, and circulation plans, for the 15-Acre Foster Square Project site, UP-14-005 and the use permit/specific development plan request to consider the site and architectural plans for the for-sale unit component of the Foster Square project on approximately 5 net acres of the 15-Acre Foster Square site. The plan includes development of 200 residential condominiums in 14 buildings — portion of APN: 094-471-100 — EA-12-002C; UP-14-004
