Planning Commission Study Session (Pilgrim Triton Phase C) - March 7, 2019

The Planning Commission held a Study Session on March 7, 2019 to review the Architectural and landscape plans and the Tentative Map to subdivide the property for Pilgrim Triton Phase C to include 22 units of workforce housing and 70 for-sale townhouse-style condominium units. The Development site consists of 4.78 acres at 551-565 Pilgrim Drive and 1159 Triton Drive. The Development site will consist of 5.05 acres after vacation of the Triton Drive right-of-way and a lot line adjustment — UP2018-0056, RS2018-0001
