Planning Commission Regular Meeting – November 3, 2022 at 7:00 pm

The Planning Commission held a Regular Meeting on November 3, 2022 to discuss recommendation to the City Council regarding an amendment to the General Plan definition for Town Center land use category to allow Residential, Mixed Use, Commercial Retail, and Research and Development Uses (GP2021-0003) and an amendment to the Foster City Zoning Map to modify the previously approved General Development plan for the land known as Parkside Towers to allow for the conversion of up to 374,000 square feet of office to Research and Development (RZ2021-0005); and approval of a specific development Plan/Use Permit and associated Environmental Review (EA2021-0003) for the proposed conversion of up to 374,000 square feet office space to Research and Development at the Parkside Tower building located at 1001 East Hillsdale Boulevard, northern corner of the intersection at East Hillsdale Boulevard and Shell Boulevard (UP2021-0036)
