Following the March 16, 2017 Study Session, the applicant reevaluated their project and proposed a concept that included a Workforce Housing component to the City Council. The proposal for Phase C was modified to include 22 units of workforce housing and add the site at 1159 Triton Drive to the project area. The site at 1159 Triton Drive is currently vacant and is currently designated for 53,000 sq. ft. of commercial/office in the Pilgrim Triton General Development Plan.
