City Council Public Hearing to Introduce and Pass to Second Reading Text Amendments to the Municipal Code to Provide Greater Flexibility in Parking Requirements – January 4, 2021

On January 4, 2021, a City Council public hearing was held to introduce and pass to second reading text amendments to Municipal Code Chapter 17.36 to allow for greater flexibility in required parking capacity tailored to individual proposed projects, subject to site-specific parking impact studies, which may be supplemented by Transportation Systems Management (TSM) Plans/Transportation Demand Management (TDM) programs.
