Planning Commission Public Hearing to Review the Proposed Development of a New, Seven (7)-Story Limited-Service Hotel of Approximately 83,187 Square Feet and Associated Site Improvements
On June 17, 2021, a Planning Commission public hearing was held to consider the following:
- Recommendation to the City Council adoption of the Standard Conditions of Approval and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (SCAMMRP) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Findings prepared for the proposed project (EA2019-0001);
- Recommendation to the City Council approval of a Rezoning to amend the Metro Center General Development Plan to accommodate the project (RZ-2019-0002); and
- Approval of the Specific Development Plan/Use Permit with Conditions of Approval, pursuant to Section 17.36.050, Specific Development Plan, of Chapter 17.36, PD Planned Development Combining District of Title 17, Zoning of the Foster City Municipal Code (UP2019-0006).
