Planning Commission Public Hearing to Consider Text Amendments to the Municipal Code Allowing Greater Flexibility in Parking Requirements – October 15, 2020

On October 15, 2020, a Planning Commission public hearing was held to review and consider proposed text amendments to Foster City Municipal Code Chapter 17.36, PD Planned Development Combining District, Section 17.36.060, Off-Street Parking Requirements in a PD District, to allow greater flexibility in parking requirements beyond what the Municipal Code currently allows.
