Several of Foster City's 24 beautiful parks are nearing 50 years old. As part of the City's ongoing effort to properly and adequately maintain its Parks infrastructure and ensure the quality and diversity of the facilities, a Parks System Master Plan is necessary. Development of a Master Plan for the Parks System will allow for future planning of projects and guide the overall direction of the City's parks program.
While we appreciate our customers all year long, we have designated the month of October as Customer Appreciation Month where we host a weekly raffle drawing and surprises to our awesome patrons.

On Wednesday, October 3rd, Audubon, Brewer Island, and Foster City Elementary School students and families are encouraged to participate by walking and/or riding their bikes to school. In honor of October 10th being National Walk to School Day, the Foster City Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce its participation in Safe Routes to School, Foster City.
The City of Foster City is accepting proposals for firms to assist the City in re-envisioning the Foster City Park System. Proposals for the Park System Master Plan should demonstrate strategies to:
The project includes removal and replacement of the Library HVAC unit identified in the project plans and specifications. The work includes, without limitation, providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work in the plans and specifications including, but not limited to, removal and replacement of HVAC unit and electrical, duct installation and insulation, piping and Delta digital control equipment.
