Project Description:
The work includes, without limitation, providing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform the work specified in the Plans and Specifications including but not limited to procurement and installation of National Fitness Campaign (NFC) Fitness Court including material for traffic control, construction fencing, installation of concrete pavement, tying into existing sidewalk and other remaining concrete. Details of work are described within the Contract Documents, which are linked below. Work shall be completed within 45 calendar Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. The 45 days does not include procurement of the Fitness court structure from NFC. Work is tentatively scheduled to start December 2018.
Proposed Timeline:
At its September 17, 2018 meeting, the City Council voted to issue the call for bids starting September 26, 2018.
Bidding: September 26 - October 25, 2018
Bid Opening: October 25, 2018 @ 2:00pm, City Hall 610 Foster City Boulevard
Award Construction Contract: November, 2018
Construction: December 2018 - January 2019
