CITY CLERK
The City Clerk Division is responsible for:
- Accurately recording, maintaining and preserving City records
- Administering free and open municipal elections in full accordance with the law
- Managing Council packet production and distribution, and Council minute preparation
- Overseeing the City’s records management program

Serving as the filing officer for
- Campaign Expenditure Statements required for candidates in municipal elections
- Statements of Economic Interests filed by public officials and designated employees
- Overseeing the City’s boards and commissions
