While Patrick is devoted to serving Foster City, he is also understands the issues facing the greater Bay Area and how Foster City’s concerns and challenges relate to the wider community. As host of “Podcast by the Bay,” he has interviewed 16 Bay Area mayors, gaining important insights that will benefit Foster City with traffic, housing, critical infrastructure, and quality of life.

Additionally, from the inception of the levee project, which is so vital to the city’s future, Patrick worked diligently to help get the bond passed and to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
