The City of Foster City/Estero Municipal Improvement District (EMID) is requesting from professional engineering consulting firms, a letter proposal to provide necessary professional engineering design services for preparation of our American Water Infrastructure Act Risk and Resilience Assessment and Emergency Response Plans by the deadlines established by the Environmental Protection Agency.
Responses are due by 5 PM on Wednesday, March 17, 2021.
