The City of Foster City invites Consultants to submit a proposal to provide professional property interest acquisition services for the Levee Protection Planning and Improvements Project (CIP 327-657). The scope of services can be found in the attached RFP. Please direct questions to the Senior Project Engineer, Francine Magno at fmagno@fostercity.org on or before August 10, 2021 at 5:00 pm.
The City of Foster City is allowing electronic submittals of the proposals. At the option of the Consultant, the City will allow electronic submittals of the proposals by 2:00 P.M., on the due date of August 23, 2021. However, sealed hard copies must be mailed to the Foster City address shown on the cover page of the RFP, and must be post-marked no later than the proposal due date.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday August 3, 2021 at 10:00 AM at City Hall located at 610 Foster City Boulevard, Foster City, CA. The meeting will also be accessible via Zoom. Dial-in information is provided below.
