The City of Foster City has issued a Notice Inviting Bids for the Corporation Yard Facility Improvements Project (men's restroom, shower, and locker room remodel).

The general scope of the project includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and facilities necessary to complete a fully permitted renovation of the Corporation Yard men's shower and restroom with locker room as a bid alternate as detailed in the drawings, tables, schedules, and technical specifications.

Work shall be completed within 100 days from the date when Contract Time commences to run.

Project status

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit was held on Tuesday, January 30, 2018. The bid opening was on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at 2:00 pm at City Hall, 610 Foster City Boulevard.
