Water and Wastewater Rates

The Estero Municipal Improvement District is committed to providing the highest quality and reliable water and wastewater services at the lowest possible rates.  To ensure this commitment, the District evaluates its infrastructure needs, and operations and maintenance costs for each year.   The rates proposed are based upon these cost projections, and residents and businesses are billed according to the annual rates approved by the City Council.
