City Finances 101

Community members are invited to attend an educational workshop to gain an overview of municipal finance from the City's Finance Department.  This is a valuable opportunity to become familiar with the budget and the budget process and learn about revenue and expenditures in major funds, as well as Government Accounting (Fund Accounting), What financial goals and policies guide budget decisions, Where City revenue comes from, Where City revenue goes, and Financial Reporting and Auditing.

Light refreshments will be served.  Parking is available at City Hall, located at 610 Foster City Blvd.
