Public Hearing to Hear and Consider Comments Regarding (1) An Addendum to the Pilgrim Triton Master Plan Environmental Impact Report (SCH# 2007012023) (EA-15-001); (2) A Change in Zoning/General Development Plan on the Parcels at 561-565 Pilgrim Drive and 1159 Triton Drive from CM/PD (Commercial Mix/Planned Development) as Specified in the Existing General Development Plan for the Pilgrim Triton Master Plan area Allowing up to 225,943 Sq. Ft. Commercial Use and 17 Townhouse Units to CM/PD with an Amendment to the General Development Plan to Allow up to 70 For-Sale Townhouses and 22 Workforce Housing Apartments. This Would Change the Overall General Development Plan for the 20.75 acre Pilgrim Triton Master Plan Area to Include up to 805 Housing Units Including Up To 64 Live/Work Units and up to 70,057 Sq.
