Project Description: The City of Foster City is seeking consultant services to assist City staff in conducting comprehensive community and stakeholder outreach and engagement to gather feedback and input for an updated Climate Action Plan (CAP) and prepare appropriate environmental documents for the completed CAP under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
