Synthetic Turf Installation at Sea Cloud Park (CIP 301-659)
Description
The project includes demolition and replacement with synthetic sports turf of natural grass sports fields identified in the project plans and specifications. The work includes, without limitation, providing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform work specified by the plans and specifications including but not limited to: earthwork, grading, drainage, compaction, electrical, re-routing of water fountain lines, fencing, modification of backstop fencing, re-routing of irrigation main lines, perimeter landscape and improvements, concrete work, installation of synthetic surfacing and installation of site furnishings.
Proposed Timeline
Bidding: April 11-May 10, 2018
Bid Opening: May 10, 2018 @ 2:00pm, City Hall
Award Construction Contract: June 18, 2018
Construction: March 2019-July 2019
At its April 2, 2018 meeting, the City Council voted to issue the call for bids starting April 11, 2018.
