Family Trivia Night with FC Recreation: Harry Potter

Calling all Gryffindors, Slytherins, Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws! Join us for a Harry Potter trivia night over Zoom. Dress in your house colors and/or get your virtual backgrounds ready as Recreation Staff will take you through a Hogwarts trivia extravaganza!

How to Play

1. Download the free app Kahoot! on your mobile device. Or go to kahoot.it on your internet browser.

2. To play live on Zoom with us, you'll need to have TWO devices.  One device to view the questions (on Zoom) and a second device to answer using the Kahoot app or browser.  If multiple people want to play in your household for some friendly competition, each person will need their own device.

3. The Zoom Meeting password will be shared on the event page and Facebook and Instagram stories the morning of the game.

4. Join the Zoom (you don't have to have your camera on but we do love seeing some friendly faces) and have the Kahoot app downloaded and ready to go.  Your trivia host will provide you with the game's unique pin code when the game begins.

5. Once the game begins, the host will lock the room so make sure you enter on time.

6. A prize will be awarded to the player with the most points at the end of the live game. Winners who live outside of the Foster City area can arrange a time to pick up their prize.
