The City of Foster City has issued a Call for Bids for Edgewater Boulevard Median Tree Removal and Re-landscape between Antares Lane and Ram Lane, based upon the Plans and Specifications in the Call for Bids linked below.

SCOPE OF WORK

Provide all costs, including but not limited all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for Edgewater Boulevard Median Tree Removal and Re-landscape:

Tree Removal-21 Pine-12 Acacia-Total-33
Stump Grinding-33
Clean Up and Disposal
Rapholepsis removal including stumps approx. 6,000 Sq. Ft.
Tree Planting-13 Tristainia Conferta and 14 Lagerstroemia indica 15 gal. (ADDENDUM #1, AVAILABLE IN THE DOCUMENTS SECTION BELOW, MODIFIES THE COUNT OF TRISTAINIA CONFERTA TO 16)
Incorporate new soil-@ Rhaphiolepis Indica removal Site-5 C/Y
Ground cover installation-140 flats Aptenia Cordifolia, 23.3 flats per 1,000 Sq. Ft.
Irrigation Technitian to trouble shoot breaks and irrigation irregularities and make repairs as needed

Bids must be received before Wednesday September 23, 2020 at 2 PM. Bids may be submitted electronically via email to pchiamos@fostercity.org or in person at 100 Lincoln Centre Drive, Foster City. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the submittal has been received. Late bids will not be considered.

Questions may be submitted up to one week prior to the due date. Written responses will be made available to all firms that have been invited to submit bids. Questions may be submitted electronically to Peter Chiamos at pchiamos@fostercity.org.
