Recreation Center Rebuild Project (CIP 301-­678) – Project Budget Update

The City of Foster City requests qualifications from contractors to construct the Recreation Center Rebuild Project (CIP 301-678).

The Foster City Recreation Center (FCRC) is a new ground up facility with a Gross Square Footage of 37,940 SF and related site improvements.

The City of Foster City requests pricing/proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a Parks Master Plan. Pricing is to include professional services for development, review, and presentation of the plan as well as project management.
