Foster City Parks Master Plan

The Foster City’s Parks System consists of 24 parks, eight miles of levee pedway, and various other public open spaces. Despite continuous maintenance and improvements, many of the City’s parks are aging, requiring renewed attention to park infrastructure to ensure the parks system remains relevant and continues to meet resident needs now and in the future.  

Request for Bids - Willow Tree Pruning 2024

The City of Foster City Parks Department is seeking pricing inclusive of all staff, materials and equipment necessary for the annual pruning of willow trees located ion City owned property.  Pruning may be needed for Structure, to Raise, Clean, Reduce or Restore. RECREATION CENTER REBUILD PROJECT (CIP301-678)

ALL SUBCONTRACTORS INTERESTED IN THE PROJECT MUST SUBMIT QUESTIONS DIRECTLY TO THE 4 PRE-QUALIFIED GENERAL CONTRACTORS: SJ AMOROSO / SWINERTON / LATHROP / BHM. ONLY QUESTIONS RECEIVED FROM THESE GENERAL CONTRACTORS WILL BE ANSWERED. The last date the City will formally accept bidder questions on Addendum 2 is Tuesday, July 16, 2024. Any questions received after this date may not be responded to.

Marquee Display Boards Replacement

The City of Foster City is requesting pricing for Marquee Display Boards Replacement. The vendor selected will be responsible for furnishing and complete installation of two marquee visual display boards per specifications noted in the Request for Proposal.

Utility Box Art Program

The City of Foster City and the Foster City Parks and Recreation Department are seeking artists to showcase their artwork by painting or vinyl wrapping utility boxes located throughout Foster City as part of a pilot utility box art program. The goals of the project are to enhance the beauty and vibrancy of Foster City, deter unsightly graffiti on utility boxes, and bring art to unexpected places.

CIP 712 – Edgewater Park Softball and Soccer Synthetic Resurfacing

Removal of the existing synthetic turf playing surface and installation of a new synthetic turf playing surface as called out in the contract documents. Work shall also include minor base fine tuning as called out in the documents. Construction Work shall be completed within 40 Calendar Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run.
