Free Community Shred Event for Foster City Residents on Saturday, September 17

RethinkWaste and the City of Foster City have teamed up to hold a free Community Shred Event for Foster City residents on Saturday, September 17, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or until trucks are full, in the City Hall parking lot located at 610 Foster City Boulevard.

Consumer fraud and identity theft are becoming more common. To raise awareness and to promote prevention, Community Shred events give Foster City residents the opportunity to have their confidential documents destroyed on site, free of charge, whether small business documents or personal papers. There is a limit of 3 boxes per household.  Proof of residence will be required.
