The City of Foster City is teaming up with RethinkWaste to host a Free Community Shred Event on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, starting at 2:00 PM and continuing until 6:00 PM or until the trucks have filled up, whichever happens first. This event will be held at the City Hall Parking Lot, 610 Foster City Blvd., Foster City.
This event is open to Foster City residents only. Proof of residency is required. A 3 box per household limit will be enforced.
Consumer fraud and identity theft are becoming an epidemic in our communities. To raise awareness and to promote prevention, Community Shred events give individuals the opportunity to have their confidential documents destroyed on site, free of charge, whether it is small business documents you no longer need or personal papers you want to safely discard.
