City Council Candidate Nomination Period – Extended to August 17

The candidate nomination period for the General Municipal Consolidated Election to be held in the City of Foster City on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, for the following officers has been extended to Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.:

  • Two members of the City Council, full four-year terms

In accordance with Elections Code 10225, if an incumbent does not file for re-election by the end of the nomination period, the nomination period is extended by 5 days. The nomination period is only extended for non-incumbent candidates.
