Celebrate Halloween on October 30 in Leo Ryan Park!

Foster City families are invited to bring their little goblins to Leo Ryan Park from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 30, to enjoy the annual Halloween Spooktacular! The day of spirited activities is designed for kids in preschool through fifth grade, but the entire community is welcome to join the fun.
