2017 Halloween Festival
Join The Foster City Teen Center Staff on Saturday, October 28 from 11am– 2pm for a SPOOKtacular day of activities geared towards preschoolers-fifth graders! Enjoy games, a haunted house, costume contest, story time, and much more! Admission is $3 per person (ages 2 and under are free).
Proceeds from the event benefit the Foster City Youth and Teen Foundation. The VIBE Halloween Festival is made possible by the generous support of local businesses and organizations: Gold Medal Martial Arts, Foster City Lions Club, Foster City Police Department, San Mateo High School and Bowditch Interact Club.
