Watt's Next, Foster City! – Join Us for Clean Air Day on September 29 at the Foster City Library!

Celebrate Clean Air Day on Sunday, September 29, with fun activities! The City of Foster City, Foster City Library, Clean Air Day Coalition, and Foster City Citizens Sustainability Advisory Committee (CSAC) are sponsoring and inviting you to "Watt's Next, Foster City - Clean Air Day" at the Foster City Library, 1000 E. Hillsdale Blvd., from 10 am to 1 pm.
California Clean Air Day (https://www.cleanairday.org/) is a non-profit, statewide program built on the idea that shared experiences unite people to improve our community's health. Clean Air Day activities on Sunday, September 29, at the Foster City Library will include:
- Learn about efficient appliance rebates and hear from neighbors who have swapped out appliances for energy-efficient electric options.
- Atlas Mobile Bike Repair will be present for bicycle safety checks, so ride your bike.
- Boardwalk Auto Mall will showcase a selection of their electric vehicles for you to check out.
- Kids can enjoy an environmentally themed dance performance by Chitresh Das Dance Institute in the Children's Room in the Library at 11:30 am and have some hands-on fun at our plant pot-making station.
- Take the Clean Air Pledge at the event to be entered into a drawing to win an electric bike.
