The community is invited to a Town Hall Meeting with Mayor Sam Hindi on Saturday, September 14th, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the Wind Room. The event will take place at the Wind Room in the Community Center (1000 E. Hillsdale Boulevard, Foster City, CA 94404). This event is free and open to all members of the public.
The Town Hall Meeting will be an opportunity for Foster City community members to have an open dialogue with Mayor Hindi. Mayor Hindi will be sharing highlights of the Foster City community, as well as discussing a few of the City’s current challenges. In addition, Mayor Hindi will provide insight into the City’s upcoming efforts and initiatives, and its vision of the year to come.
“It takes collaboration and a community vision to make Foster City what it is today – a great place to live, work, and play,” said Mayor Hindi. “Inasmuch as it is a moment for us to reflect on our shared successes, I look forward to having an open conversation with our constituents. Public discourse is a cornerstone of democracy and so hearing from our constituents is critical to ensure we are continuing to meet the needs of our community in a responsible, transparent, and diligent way.”
