Community Shred: Consumer fraud and identity theft are becoming an epidemic in our communities. To raise awareness and to promote prevention, Community Shred events give Foster City residents the opportunity to have their confidential documents destroyed on site, free of charge, whether it is small business documents you no longer need or personal papers you want to safely dispose of. Note: There is a limit of 3 boxes per household.
