Roof Replacements at City Buildings (CIP 301-693)

On December 5, 2022, the City Council/EMID Board adopted approved a Task Order, BAR-2022-04 (Task Order), with Bartos Architecture, Inc. to provide the City with architectural services for the preliminary condition assessment, design, bid and construction support services for CIP 301-693. The plans and specifications for this Project were completed in May 2023. This Project is scheduled to go to the City Council on June 5^th, 2023, for approval of Plans & Specifications and to authorize a call for bids.

The City of Foster City invites bids for the Roof Replacement at City Buildings Project starting on June 6^th, 2023. The City will receive sealed bids at the City Clerk's office, located at 610 Foster City Boulevard, Foster City, CA 94404. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 14^th, 2023 at 10:00 am at the Foster City Corporation Yard.  The deadline to submit bids is Thursday, June 22^nd, 2023 at 2:00 pm.

Construction is anticipated to start July/August 2023 and take approximately 60 days.
